I am a lawyer and have been working in the real estate field for more than 20 years, focusing primarily on purchase and lease agreements. I also deal with other legal matters related to property transfers, such as easements, access roads, subdivision of buildings into individual units, settlement between co-owners, heritage proceedings and similar issues.
